Running away from this earth.
May it pass away in the beautiful flames that it was created for.
Because when tomorrow fails to come,
today is just not the same.
Inflamed earth.
Roses.
In this hope.
For all I care.
Set this world, all ablaze
For all I care set it all ablaze.
Set this world, I’ll set it all ablaze.

Hold me down till I stop crying.
I don’t want to feel this anymore
Hold you down cause you’re not trying.

I don’t want to feel this anymore
I don’t want to kill you anymore.

Is this what u were designed for?
Did you think you had it coming?
Hell follows with you

I came onto the music scene kind of late. My dad sheltered me from a lot of everything, and I didn’t really get to start exploring music until the end of eighth/start of ninth grade really. That’s when I found fuse, and got to actually watch it for a few hours a day while my dad was at work. And when they actually had non stop music coverage and stuff too.

I also could have picked any SOAD album. Me and my group of friends like, absolutely adored the shit out of them back in the day. And I still really do love them, but not as much as back then. Toxicity is just my go to for them I think because of the years I spent starting, and ending, my days with it. I pretty much played it so much that I’ve bought like 5 copies of it. Because yes, there was a time when we used CD players, and stuff, instead of mp3 players and torrents. Also, I’m sure that there are a few albums that I’m forgetting, but I’ve just forgotten some stuff throughout time/moving away and branching out into my own music, getting influenced by a different town, etc.
